Partnership with RSPB

Barratt has joined forces with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) to set a new benchmark for nature-friendly development. 

The first development to pioneer the new approach will be at Kingsbrook Aylesbury Vale where the development of 2,450 homes and associated infrastructure will be designed to put nature at the heart of the proposals.

The two organisations have signed an agreement to incorporate some of the principles developed for Kingsbrook across future developments.housing developments - the first national agremment of its kind in the UK.
